It’s been a long time since here in Italy we dream about a shop online from the famous brand Mac cosmetics. And a few past weeks our dream came true at this link: www.maccosmetics.it
Unfortunately the online shop seems a bit disorganized: last collection has arrived some days later than in shops, payment methods have to be improved (you can’t pay when you receive your goods and some credit card have already to be add).
I decided to order online because there were products that I couldn’t find in any shop, from the Shop shop shop / Cook cook cook collection. I paid with Visa Electron even if there was only the Maestro icon. By the way my payment has been accepted and I received the regular confirmation email.
In those days shipment was free, now you pay 7 euro but if you spend over 45 euro you’ll have free shipment.
The bad, really bad thing, is that they send with SDA courier. He hasn’t delivered my pack because he couldn’t find my entry phone (!!!), then he delivered my goodies to another address!
I called the customer service and I found a girl so kind! She apologized and she told me that they had a lot of problems with SDA ant that they’ll change courier. She re-sent my products for free and now – after two painful weeks – I’m happy with my little babies.
I know that isn’t Mac fault, but they HAVE to change shipment methods. Their customer service is in any case excellent.
*UPDATE*
Today I received a letter from Mac in which they apologized again and they’re doing their best to fix problems. With the mail I found also a full size gift, an eyeshadow from the limited edition Mac Me Over! I never found a better customer care service!

io ho visto customer care ancora migliori (Neve cosmetics XD), soprattutto perche’ di quello MAC ho sentito opinioni contrastanti… c’e’ anche gente a cui han detto che l’ordine non era andato in porto e poi invece s’e’ vista recapitare la roba e cose simili… o_O;
oh o.O mah, io ho pagato tranquillamente con visa electron e mi sono arrivate le regolari mail. ho trovato una ragazza francese gentilissima, ma una cosa è certa: finché non cambiano corriere dal sito non ordino più manco morta XD
io provo a fare un mini ordine oggi, mi serve la cipria… e ne ho un altro in corso perche’ ho preso un regalo alla mia migliore amica. Vedremo! ^^

No, il tracciamento no; però mi sono arrivate le mail di SDA della consegna (a un altro indirizzo -.-‘ però la seconda volta tutto ok! )
