Pro Brush Soap by Koren Zander (review)

It seems ages since I started watching youtube make up videos and Enkore‘s ones were my favourites with all its genius finds.

Now Koren put out his own make up and accessories range. His latest launch is the Pro Brush Soap which Beautychamber gave me the opportunity to review for you.

Some weeks ago I was sent the Koren Zander Scented Pro Brush Soap in Apricot*, it is a solid soap for make up brushes “rich in luxurious, deep moisturising and conditioning oils including Argan Oil and Maracuja (Brazilian Passionfruit) Seed Oil. Presented in a flip top container, this soap is ideal for busy makeup artists on the move. Foaming, moisturising, and formulated with 5 different conditioners, these makeup brush cleaning soaps will render any makeup brush super clean, and super soft. Use on both Natural and Synthetic fibers.”

Directions:

Wet your dirty brush and simply lather on one side of the soap, sweep your brushes back and forth, then use the loofah side to deep clean and loosen makeup residue. Rinse, reshape the bristles, and dry the brushes flat.

Ingredients:

Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Water, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Laurate, Triethanolamine, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide, Passionfruit (Brazilian Maracuja) Seed Oil, Argan Oil, Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Loofah.
May Contain (+/-): Iron Oxides, FD&C Lakes, Polyester-3, Fragrance.

It is avaible in: Mango, Cantaloupe Melon, Apricot Freesia, Pomegranate. Tangerine, French Lavender, English Rose, Lemon, Jasmine, Pearberry, Gardenia and Unscented.

My review:

At first I was a bit skeptical about this soap because I couldn’t understand why it would be so special for make up brushes differently from any other normal soap. But I have to admit that this stuff  really works. It cleans my brushes quickier and better than the normal soap and even the Mac brush cleanser. After a very few sweeps it cleans perfectly even foundation and concealer dirtiness (the thoughtest one imho). White bristles turn up white again immediately and natural ones are smooth and not stiff at all. I’m very happy with this product, it kicks off all other brushes cleanser methods. The only downside is that it comes quite pricely even if a little goes a long way.
