Current favourites and most played: makeup products I love right now
In this previous post, I told you how busy I am right now. Nevertheless, here I am for a #teammostplayed post (GoldenVi0let™) again. This time, let’s talk about makeup products I’m currently loving and using the most.

Talking about some essentials: base, mascara and eyebrows. New Nars Velvet Matte Skin Tint* has become my favourite foundation, hands down. It gives you a soft matte finish without dehydrating your skin, it has a medium buildable to full coverage and it looks absolutely natural. Easy to blend, dreamlike lightweight texture and SPF30, perfect as a Summer base.
Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Mascara
As for mascara, everyone seems to love this new Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Mascara* and I can understand why. It gives you a lot of volume and lenght without clumping your lashes, so it’s really next to absolute perfection. I highly recommend you to give it a try.
These last few months I’m also testing this new Sephora pro brush for eyebrows. It has pointed bristles but it’s really soft. It can’t provide firm strokes so I think it’s not the best if you have to draw every single hair but it’s ok for my full brows since I only have to lightly define them with some powder products.

Another Sephora novelty I’m currently loving is their new lip mask*. It is another korean inspired beauty products and I’m so happy to see this new kind of products here in Italy. It is a hydrogel lip mask infused with rose essence. It’s quite big and covers my lip contour well. I leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and it leaves my lips soft and hydrated. Now I can’t wait to try the shea butter version as well.
Too Faced Bon Bons Palette
Last but not least, my latest palette. I never thought I’d love so much this Too Faced Bon Bons Palette* but I’m reaching for it every single day. It’s quite cool toned but with some warmth added to it, plus those pink eyeshadows look really pretty with my brunette colouring. Easy to blend, good pigmentation and lasting power.
