SDA delivered my pack to another address and Mac re-sent me products without any charge.
Later, the customer service sent me a letter with formal excuses for the trouble and the discomfort.
With the mail it was included also a great gift: a full sized Mac product, specifically Carbonized eyeshadow, from Mac Me Over collection.
I’m so glad for this surprise especially because it’s a limited edition and it has my favourite finish: veluxe pearl.
It’s the perfect medium brown, not too cold and not too warm.
So, thank you Mac, you’re always on top!
