September 2014 Favourites: my most played

At last Autumn has come. You know, Autumn is my favourite time of the year. Autumn is so me. Full of warm colours, breezy and a bit gloomy yet comforting.

Since I’m so in love with Autumn colours I always enjoy myself choosing fall colours for my make up. So it’s time for another my most played post (series created by GoldenVi0let). Are you curious about products I used the most during last month?

As you can see my September is all about plum, burgundy and gold.

On my face I’ve worn most of the time an amazing combo: Becca Luminous Skin Colour in Porcelain paired with Meow Cosmetics Mineral Foundation Pampered formula mix in Inquisitive Sphynx and Sleek Persian (in that cute Sally Hansen puff jar). Lightweigth luminous traditional liquid foundation + medium coverage mineral foundation = most flawless skin ever. As blush I’ve often reached for Nars Powder Blush in Luster, a golden apricot that I only not only during summer but to pair with golden tones in my eye make up.

On my eyes I couldn’t stop using my new Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in The Vintage Vamp. Those golden and burgundy tones make my eyes bright like jewels! I alternated this palette with another in the same tones but slightly warmer: Nars Duo Eyeshadows in Kuala Lumpur. Colour payoff is not terrifict but I’m always in love with Nars colour combinations. To enhance burgundy tones I’ve always used this Sephora Jumbo Liner n°15 Prune, a dark plum (a gift from A Lost Girl <3), as a base.

For my lips I alternated two recent purchases from MAC Cosmetics: Mehr and Hearts Aflame (A Novel Romance collection) lipsticks. Mehr is a my lips but better shade, a dirty pink with some mauve undertones. Hearts Aflame is a deep red with strong brown undertones, I find it really nice when paired with gold and burgundy.
