Becca Luminous Skin Colour Ultra Sheer Foundation: a Review
Recently, Becca Cosmetics completely renewed its range. Products have been relaunched and the old range went on sale. I’ve been lucky enough to find some products with a huge discount on FragranceDirect, a UK site. Everything has gone sold out quickly but I managed to get Becca Luminous Skin Colour, some primers and a Beach Tint as you can see here where I show my haul.
Becca Luminous Skin Colour is sheer moisturizing foundation with SPF25+ and some antiaging benefits, such as antioxidants and vitamins. Its goal is to give your skin a fresh, youthful and dewy look.

-Lactic Acid: Alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA) known for its antiaging properties.
-Vitamin B: Enhances the appearance of the skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness.
-Coconut Oil: Conditioning emollient that gives skin a soft and smooth appearance.
And complete ingredients:

I put Becca Luminous Skin Colour in my Best foundations for summer post, as you can see here because it is an extremely lightweight tinted moisturizer with a great sun protection. Texture is thin and liquid but not runny. On skin it feels quite wet, so you have to wait a couple of minutes before it sets but even after that its finish is really dewey and radiant: your skin will look younger for real! Becca Luminous Skin Colour is a great product for normal and dry skin while too oily skin should go for a more matte product. I have combination / acne prone skin and I have to set it with powder to not appear too dewy. Don’t get me wrong: it has a really luminous finish but I don’t get oily.
Becca Luminous Skin Colour is really hydrating, it feels like a facial serum so I really like it even during this Autumn days since it keeps my skin well moisturized avoiding all dry patches. As you can see from my September most played post, I love using it in combo with mineral foundation, especially Meow Cosmetics in Pampered to get best results. Becca Luminous Skin Colour has sheer, light coverage (it is more like a tinted moisturizer than a real foundation) so I get a better coverage with my mineral foundation on top. This combo gives me a perfect, flawless skin otherwise with Becca Luminous Skin Colour on its own I get a my skin but better effect.
Becca Luminous Skin Colour‘s colour range is great. Shades go from very fair to the dark tones. I got Porcelain but it’s a bit lighter than my skintone in summer. I am a NC15 – NW13 and this one is more towards a NW10. I can still use it because it is so sheer and it blends well into my skin.
I hope you can still find the discounted version!
