Me: How the relationship with customers has changed with Facebook’s and Youtube’s coming?
Inglot: Inglot Italia was born when Facebook was already a reality. So we’ve been using social media from the beginning. It’s really helpful to keep in touch with customers far away. We keep the Facebook page always open so we can have direct contact with customers.
Me: Which is your preferred channel?
Me: Towards which direction the relationship with customers is going?
Inglot: We need to open an official shop online, indeed.
