February 2015 Favourites – My Most Played

This time I’m bit late with #teammostplayed post (GoldenVi0let™), you know, I have to do the latest revision of my PhD dissertation and I attend Milan Fashion Week backstages so I’ve been really, really busy.

But let’s go straight to my February 2015 Favourites, aka the products I played with the most during last month.

As you can see I played a lot with colourful fuchsia lips. Fuchsia has never been very me but I suppose it’s all in finding your fuchsia shade. I received this Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in Candy*, a new arrival at Sephora Italy. It is that kind of warm fuchsia with a touch of berry red in it, a quite complex colour. I’ll talk more about it soon! I loved to pair it with new MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam Miley Lipglass*, it has a sheer base full of blue micro-shimmers that give you that extra shine. I’m not a lipgloss girl but MAC Lipglasses are my favourites.

As eye make up I really changed my eyeshadows almost every day so I couldn’t pick any most played product, but I used on a daily basis the new Benefit Roller Lash Mascara* which is hitting Sephora‘s stores these days. You can read my first impressions here, I’m really loving it because it keeps my poor eyelashes curled and defnined all day long.

As you know, I love natural and bold brows. These days I kept them really natural and only fixed with a new product by Sephora: Fixateur Universel Universal Brow Freeze*. It’s different from all brow wax fixer I’ve tried so far: it doesn’t leave any unpleasant white residual and it really fix your brows. Believe me: no wind nor gesture will move your brows from shape.

On my face I changed a lot of foundations but I constantly used three products: Make Up For Ever HD Primer (which has been replaced recently with a new range of face primers), Hourglass Cosmetics Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light (which I don’t like as much as my Ambient Lighting Powder Palette) and, last but not least, so underrated Nars Cosmetics Cream Blush in Penny Lane.
