The Mac Rick Baker collection is upcoming guys! I’m really excited about this collaboration; seriously who don’t know that genious, the most talented special makeup effects artist which is Rick Baker? Only to name a few of his great works: American Werewolf in New York, Michael Jackson’s Thriller (the werecat), King Kong, Star Wars: A New Hope, Ed Wood, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Men in Black, the Ring, The Wolfman and so, so many others. Winner of several Best Makeup Oscar. I am really proud of Mac when it celebrate this kind of talent, because this is real art, baby.
The Mac Rick Baker collection will be launched in October in all Mac Pro stores.

Are you going to get some items from this collection? Of course there are a lot of pro products which you’ll hardly use for everyday make up, but I’m really intrigued from both palettes! There are some permanent shades but I don’t own them already so they seem a good deal. Even if I hate how they put Carbon in every single collection or palette, LOL. However this collection may be a good occasion for all non-pros to create something special for Halloween night 😉
