Radiant Orchid – Colour of year 2014

Let’s make a little stop talking about Fall 2013 colour trends, because Pantone has just announced the Colour of the Year 2014 and it will be Radiant Orchid – 18-3224. I am so happy about this coice. It’s a kind of pink and purple mixed together, a cool colour but not too much since there’s a sort of warmness in it. It’s the exact colour of orchids in bloom. Do you love orchids? They are so amazingly beautiful and when I saw this choice I immediately thought about my mom and her orchids, she love them so much and we have the house full of orchids!
