Royal Blue – Fall Winter 2014-15 Colour Trend
It’s time to restart my colour trend posts series. Today we talk about new fall winter 2014-15 colour trends as stated by Pantone. There’s always Radiant Orchid (see here for some inspirations) alongside with 10 more colours. Let’s start with Royal Blue, 19-1955 for some beauty and fashion inspirations. Royal Blue is a deep navy that works well with other autumn colours, usually warmer. I really like pairing this kind of blue with warmer colours such as burgundy, gold or mustard yellow because they’re all rich and sultry.
Let’s see some Royal Blue beauty inspirations. There’s plenty of choice for this kind of blue as eyeshadow. I chose some brand new products for this fall 2014 such as Nars Dual-intensity eyeshadows and Make Up For Ever Artist shadows. I think that this colour is particularly nice with brown eyes.
