September Favourites 2013
By now it’s time for September Favourites.
There’s only one thing I can say about September: time is running too fast. I have so many things to do for my PhD work and I get so anxious when I’m think about my future. I think it’s better talking about make up.
I’m so much in love with fall, especially when fall is ready to come at the end of September. I love wearing fall outfits and pulling off darker colours.
So, these are my September Favourites. As you can see, I opted for berry, mauvey lips with a simple luminous eyes. And I’m enjoying a flawless base!
Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot Vintage Selection: super shiny, it brightens my eyes like jewels.
Mac Khol Power Feline: I simply can’t live without this anymore, it’s the perfect black eyeliner.
Nars Duo Eyeshadow Kuala Lumpur: these are two gorgeous shades, really warm and sultry. There is a warm peachy gold with a pink duochrome and a burgundy with a magenta undertone; they are really complex shades, you’ll love them if you have a warm skintone and/or hazel eyes.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo: the perfect tool for perfect eyebrows. The powder quality is excellent and the colour extremely natural. I have it in Medium Brown, but it is avaible in 7 combos!
Make Up For Ever HD Primer: I have it in n°7 Rose, even it resembles the lilac one. I don’t know if it really brightens my complexion but it’s a good primer which make my foundation glide easly onto skin and it lasts well the entire day.
YSL Touche Eclat Foundation: I’m completely in love with this foundation. It makes me look radiant and beautiful.
Neve Cosmetics Hollywood Powder: it’s the perfect dupe for Make Up For Ever HD Powder since they’re made only with silica. It’s completely translucent and extremely finely milled. It mattifies skin without drying out too much.
Burt’s Bees Pomegranate Replenishing Lip Balm: I absoutely adore this lip balm. It moisturizes deeply and leaves a sheer berry stain.
Paul & Joe Avenue Montaigne Lipstick: this is the only Paul & Joe product I own and I’m really impressed. It is highly pigmented and lasts well. It is a deep berry shade with a magenta undertone, very similar to Mac Rebel.
Mac Kissable Flaunting It: this is unfortunately a limited edition. It is a liquid lipstick in a plummy mauvey shade. It has a great lightweight texture and lasts really well for about 5-6 hours.
