I saw this lovely tag yesterday on this sweet blog, just discovered: Blushing Peonies. Who knows me well, knows how much I love Christmas time as I return being a little child and indulge myself thinking about sweet things, leaving apart for a few moments worries and troubles.
1. What’s your favourite thing about Christmas?
Ohhh well. I’d say snow, I’d say laying on the sofa with a hot chocolate and a good movie, I’d say going in the streets with all the Christmas lights, I’d say Christmas songs, I’d say gifts, I’d say doing Christmas trea, I’d say Christmas food. I’d say pretty everything.
2. What’s your favourite make-up look for the festive season?
This year is all mulberry based I like warm plummy eyes, dark berry lips and super dark nails.
3. Real tree or fake tree?
Both a real tree in my garden with lights and a fake one inside – this year black (!) and silver.
4. Giving presents or receiving presents?
Both again. Chrismtas would be all about giving. But recently I met so many people whom didn’t deserve any love from me anymore. People who hurted me so many times that giving them a love’s sign from is simply ridiculous. And I learned that loving myself is important as much as loving others. So, – it’s not about a “gift”, it’s about showing some love – I’ll give presents to whoms I love and love me back, and I’ll give some presents to myself too.
5. Do you open your presents morning or evening?
Usually in the morning. But also during the day and the day after too
6. Handmade Christmas cards or bought?
Bought… I’m lazy and a distaster at DIY stuff…
7. What’s your favourite Christmas film?
All old Disney movies! I know, they aren’t Christmas based but watching them is a Christmas’ staple of mine!
8. What’s your favourite Christmas food?
Italians Panettone and Pandoro, of course!
Finished! You are all tagged
