I have to admit  I saw the Mac Art of the Eye collection later than other collections, maybe because first informations and colour story came out suddenly without many forward rumors.

It is another Summer collection but it already came out online and it’s been expected to be in stores in May. Colour story features a repromote quad from 2007, with another name though, and several touches of colour in Chromagraphic pencils and Eyeshadows which see the return of infamous Parrot. I’m in love with Rimal Dahabia quad since it has all great basic eyeshadows to play in creating lights and shadows, gradients, transition an blending out other colour; it’s also perfect for a lot of skintones. Another interesting item in this collection is Banafsaji eyeshadow, described as a deep purple blue with a velux pearl finish. Usually I’m not really interested in latest Mac limited edition eyeshadows but I haven’t seen such an interesting colour from ages, plus I can’t think about a dupe nor in my stash nor in other brands.
