John Masters Organics Rose and Aloe Hydrating Toning Mist
Today I want to talk about one of my staple during my summer skincare beauty routine: John Masters Organics Rose and Aloe Hydrating Toning Mist*. I’ve already talked about my summer skincare beauty routine here, but now it’s time for a more in-depth review.
You all know how much I love facial serums for deep nutrition and in-depth hydration. And when the warm season began I felt that a facial serum was all I needed to keep my skin moisturized. But then I noticed that my face was well nourished but I saw some dryness on the surface. So, when I talked about this problem, John Masters Organics Italia‘s PR offered me this John Masters Organics Rose and Aloe Hydrating Toning Mist to try (alongside with John Masters Organics Bearberry Skin Balancing Face Wash, review is coming!).
At first I thought it was a simple mist to spray randomly some times a day to refreshen my skin but I was wrong. It is really an effective hydrating mist. These are ingredients:
Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice*, rosa damascena (rose) flower water*, glycerin*, leuconostoc ferment filtrate, oryza sativa (rice) extract*, camellia sinensis (white tea) leaf extract*, centella asiatica (gotu kola) extract*
* Certified Organic
I’ve used John Masters Organics Rose and Aloe Hydrating Toning Mist in the morning, in the mid of the day and sometimes in the evening during last months. It left my skin well moisturized for several hours, just like a cream moisturizer without all the heaviness. Since it’s so effective it doesn’t evaporate immediately so you have to wait a couple of minutes before it’s completely absorbed into skin.
I have acne prone, combination skin and my skin reacted very well to these ingredients. My skin loves aloe based products and I really like the rose water. These key ingredients are really effective to soothe sensitive or irritated skin, especially after a day spent in the sun.
My only complain is that the bottle is too small (59 ml), I wish it would come in a larger amount!
