Hi lovely readers! It’s already time for a November 2013 Favourites post. These days I’m spending a lot of time working at home so I fear I didn’t do any “creative” make up, especially on my eyes. I focused mainly on my base, as I do since a couple of months I noticed. I don’t know what happened to my colourful smoky eyes, but I tend to do extremely simple and basic eyes, when I only have to go out for some quick errands, nothing really exciting you know. By the way even if I stay at home I like to have some make up on, it make me feel pretty and neat and to feel like this nothing is better than a perfect base make up.
So, let’s see what I loved and used the most for this November 2013 Favourites.

November 2013 Favourites:
- YSL Touche Éclat Foundation: with this cold weather I’m really enjoying this foundation with its moisturizing feeling. It gives a radiant finish which is great if you feel dry skin during winter. Here you find my review.
- Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage: I bought a month ago and it’s became a staple in my stash. Seriously, this stuff is amazing: it covers anything and as you can read here, it’s a muas’ must have.
- Hourglass cosmetics Ambient Lighting Powder Palette: I was drooling over Ambient Lighting Powder since it’s been launched. So, when I saw this amazing palette for holiday 2013 I bought it the first day it’s appeared on Spacenk. A review is coming as soon as possible and I put it on my Holiday 2013 Wishlist post if you’re looking for some gift ideas.
- Mac Easy Manner blush: this is a limited editon from Glamour Daze Holiday 2012 collection, you can read more about it here. It’s a nice natural blush which goes well with anything.
- Mac Taupe Shape blush: I bought it when Mac Strength collection came out. It’s a contour shade, limited edition, but sadly it doesn’t have a great colour payoff after some uses.
- Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot Camel Coat: a taupe beige that is a great canvas for lids. It’s pretty even alone as a wash, it make my eyes look well rested.
- Chanel Illusion d’Ombre Fatal: part of Holiday 2013 collection, it’s a sultry warm taupe-burgundy-maroon shade, really complex to describe properly. Review is coming!
- Chanel Le Blush Crème n°65 Affinité: an amazing texture I’ve never seen before, it’s a cream which become immediately when you touch it a powder, it leaves a velvet finish. This colour is quite unique, since it’s a warm fuchsia (fuchsia blushes tend to be cooler).
- Paul & Joe Lipstick Full Pigment 306 Avenue Montaigne: it’s quite similar to Mac Rebel, only a tad lighter. Rich in pigment, comfortable on lips, it’s the perfect deep plum-berry shade which goes so well with fall.
- Neve Cosmetics Pastello Lip Pencil in Marmotta / Rose and Sfilata / Amaranth: I love them when I’m in a hurry and want some colour on my lips that lasts. Here you can find swatches. One is warm and natural, the other is cool and bold.

wow amazing! I love that chanel blush it’s a unique shade, I’m tempted to try it! I’m addicted to those pastelli neve, I own all of them almost and I think they are the best canvas for my mac lipsticks!!

i tuoi preferiti di questo mese sono attentato al mio “non sento il bisogno di farmi regali per natae”..
scegli sempre prodotti interessanti per il contouring, vorrei provare qualcosa “in crema” e sono molto indecisa tra Zygomatic di Illamasqua e John Doe di OCC..
La palette Hourglass è anche nei miei preferiti del mese. E’ davvero incredibile <3
E mi sono andata a cercare gli swatches di Fatal. Che dire se non wow?! *__* E’ bellissimo

Fatal è la versione calda di Illusoire, come potevo farmi mancare un’altra talpa? XD
cruezadema ahahahh non volevo indurre in tentazione, giuro! però anche a me sbirciare tra i vari preferiti fa aumentare la lista dei desideri 😛
Zygomatic può essere usato anche come blush, la componente rosata è ben presente, può non piacere se vuoi un contouring che non “riscaldi”; John Doe è decisamente, inquivocabilmente grigio, il colore “ombra” per eccellenza, non è un colore “facile”, va dosato e sfumato con perizia. Entrambi contengono paraffina eh 😉

Voglio assolutamente il Secret Camouflage LM *___* La palette Hourglass è divina, ma credo proprio che a breve cederò ad una delle versioni singole (devo ancora decidere quale..) (:
Stavo ronzando attorno a quel rossetto Paul & Joe da un po’ di tempo, mi frenava proprio la somiglianza possibile con Rebel ma non ho trovato swatch comparativi in rete… >_<
Sabina Spielrein sigh, mi spiace non averne, ho provato Rebel solo in negozio.. comunque su di me Rebel è un pelino-ino più scuro. Non sono abbastanza diversi per averli entrambi secondo me, a meno di non collezionare proprio le sfumature di questa tonalità 🙂
Francesca Swlabr Sono entrambi due degli migliori acquisti mai fatti! Delle ciprie Hourglass Dim Light è molto sfruttabile secondo me.
kenderasia Mi fido del tuo giudizio anche senza comparazioni e ti ringrazio di avermi fugato finalmente il dubbio 🙂 No pur amando il tono non mi piace collezionare, soprattutto visto il costo di entrambi i prodotti! Magari quando Rebel sarà a buon punto, se sarà ancora disponibile ci farò un pensierino… ancora grazie!
